i do a lot of the grocery shopping for my wife and myself as we live out in the mountains and i stop on the way home from working early morning hours.
there are some things that just drive me bat-$hit crazy sometimes .
i'll name a few- you carry it from there !
You guys must shop at my store, I know these people you speak of. Here are few more to add to the list.
1. When did grocery shopping become a family vacation? Mom, Dad, and their four kids block all of the aisles.
2. Talking really loud on the cell-phone---makes me cranky.
3. Foreigners with B.O who rudely stand in your persoal space as you pay!!!!

Hi Mr. Flipper!!, I have missed reading your posts. I didn't realize hip replacement surgery had blood concerns. Prince has money and you would think he could have found some other type of treatment for his ailment. "Popping pills" to deal with the pain is going to lead to a whole lot of other problems. This religon does indeed stress too much on the hope of the paradise to fix all health problems. The problem is that this hope, if he believes, may not be in his lifetime. We have only one life, this life. LIVE.

how is your garden growing?.
my herb garden finally took off, and i have grasshoppers the size of mice.
"4 inches" they have totally eaten up my dill plants, both about 3 feet tall.
Hi, I am growing the following: carrots,shallots,red and green peppers, jalapenos, potato, heirloom tomatoes--love them, yellow and green squash, cucumbers, green beans. Herbs: cilantro,rosemary,sage,thyme,chocolate mint---this one is really neat, oregano,basil. We had our wisteria bloom last month. It was so pretty. My roses are crummy this year and I don't know why. We also have a purple clematis that is beautiful. Oh and lavender.
Squirrels are the biggest problem here. Also the birds. Our bluberries aren't doing so hot either. We are going to get about ten. BIG DEAL! Alll of your gardens sound yummy!! Have a great day.

Just a side note... The reason I am driving an older honda now is because we got rid of our SUV. I have been driving those rigs for years and what with the cost of gas and the economy in the toilet, and my husbands business is at a stand still (construction), it seemed the practical thing to do!!! I think there should be atleast one car that is owned out right in these tough times. Besides, I have teenagers in the house and this will be a great learner car. It has 103,000 miles on it and we spent $1300 for it--plus the starter now. The kids are waxing it right now. It's great to have older kids now that will do that.
Woohoo!! It's running again. The starter had to be replaced. Honda dealer wanted $350.00, the rebuilt starter from the local parts house was $99.00!! That price I can handle. Thanks for your input. Have a great and relaxing Sunday.

I thought the meetings were boring too. As a witness kid we were not allowed to watch any "fun" shows on the T.V. We used to go over to some of the friends homes for a Watchtower study-----BORING.
Minimus--My husband said the same thing when he would come back from the elder's meetings. He said it reminded him of the water buffalo club from the Flinstones!!

This month is starting out really bad. We just bought a 92 honda accord and it WAS running just fine. I get in it yesterday and it won't start. I can hear it clicking but the engine will not turn over. The honda dealer is not an option at this time. We have looked online and this seems to happen with this older car. Has anyone had this problem before? We replaced the battery and ($50.00) that wasn't the problem. The hubby has to go out of town next week----I'm left with this car that starts when it wants to. Maybe it's the demons. HAHA. Any suggestions would be helpful. Oh-I do have the owners manual, but I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen.
